2000
{Charlie's Angels 2000: Escape To Beyond The Planet Of The Superape}

(Sometime 2000:) [ULLAdubULLA] is released, the remix album of the musical version of War Of The Worlds (original: 1898). Apollo Four Forty has two tracks on the musical masterpiece, their version of Dead London, once with the narrative in it, and once as a Instrumental version.
Apollo 440's song on it is Glide, and reminds a little of things such as Hydraglide, in it's setup somewhere between Stealth and Fever, with a techno beat and an orchestral overtone of the original (assuming the orchestral bit must be samples of the original). The narrative is held by someone walking through Dead London, thinking to himself and describing the surroundings. In the middle of the song is a cut that makes you briefly think the song is over before it sets in again. The end is just narrative, telling about the "gaunt silence" that set in upon the once so bustling London.
The instrumental is really just an instrumental version.
The 2CD set all in all has a good range of songs and a certain poetic quality to it.

(1st March 2000:) "Re-release" of Electro Glide In Blue, 12-tracked, in germany.

(really, really late 2000:) The creator of this site, Neike Apollyon Satana (back then only known to the world as either Meike Pabst or Py), rediscovers the Electro Glide In Blue CD that had been gathering dust, plays the whole CD for her mom and gets both her aswell as - accidentally - herself addicted to the sound. Oops.

(??th November:) [Charlie's Angels 2000] is released together with the B-Side [Escape To Beyond The Planet Of The Superape]. CA2000 is the theme song of the movie with the same name.

(27th November 2000:) [Charlie's Angels 2000] busts into the german charts.
( ( This is where Neike got her dislike of Destiny's Child from, in firm belief that their song for the OST was crap - yet, because it happened to be feministic (as the only reason) it booted @440 out the charts. Fraud! ) )
